This page is for practictioner that wishes to refer a patient for treatment. We accept referrals for Implants, Extractions, Orthodontics and Prosthetic dentistry.

If you have x-rays that you would like to email to us to aid us that would be greatly appreciated. Please call 01903 821 822 and we will provide you with an email to send these to. Please note that if you are requesting a surgical procedure then an x-ray is necessary.
