Cancellation/Failure to Attend Policy
We are committed to providing excellent dental care to all our patients. To help us maintain this standard and ensure fair access to appointments, we have an Appointment Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy.
When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved specifically for you. If the appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, it cannot be offered to another patient in need of care.
Our policy is as follows:
We kindly require a minimum of one full working day’s notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient.
Cancellations made with less than one working day’s notice will not be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for that appointment.
If you fail to attend your appointment or do not contact the practice within the required notice period, it will be considered a failure to attend. In such cases, the deposit fee paid at the time of booking will be charged, and no further appointments can be made until another deposit has been provided.
